These Salt and Pepper Shakers are from My Own Private Collection.

I started collecting Black Americana when I was in my teens.  I was always fascinated by that time in our history.  It was my first project in becoming an antique collector.  It also helped that I had an encouraging antique dealer living right across the street from me.  They taught me so much about antiques and the stories behind each one I bought from them.
